decent pay given its considered a warehouse. low for the job position across industry. schedule is rotating so just as many days off as worked. 5 weeks vacation starting out. thats hard to find in a US company.
Cons
Organizational structure is all wonky from many changes being implemented. positions cut all the time then new ones added.
