The aggressive pay structure for top couple AE's
Cons
Operations is nonchalant at best, had to sign a decreased comp plan day 1, company did not honor agreement to pay a guarantee, when I put in my two weeks I was fired immediately without pay and had all checks owed to me stopped (no PTO payout or expense checks for the last two months), lack of support from management, outdated technology, lack of chain of command, poor morale among employees ect
