Pros
Pay is not as bad, but they are practically buying your freedom to even go to the bathroom
Cons
If you are a Robot that needs no water breaks, bathroom breaks, no feelings and no love for your life then this is the job for you, otherwise keep in mind the following: (I have proof of all this, of course I'm not sharing publicly, but I do have proof that all the following takes place at this company) the most TOXIC place to work for 1. NOT allowed to use the bathroom unless is during your scheduled break - if you need to pee or poop outside your break you need a doctor's note 2. Not allowed to have. drink of water between calls as there's no such thing as "between calls" - it is a constant ring - one call right after the other 3. If a customer calls you names, insults you or is being nasty - you HAVE to take it - they don't care what you as the employee suffer 4. They could care less about the employee 5. No real benefits for the employee - you're just a number to them 6. Supervisors are not willing to help you - so you're on your own 7. Customer's hate it but they have no saying on who manages their loan 8. Supervisors are horrible - if you try to escalate a call to them prepare for a write up 9. Training is horrible they don't prepare you not even 25% of what you will be really dealing with on a daily basis. 10. if you ask too many questions counts against you 11. if you need to transfer a call - it counts against you 12. Don't even think about taking a day off 13. Don't even think about getting sick all of the sudden - you need to plan your sick time same as you need to plan your pooping and peeing time. 14. If you're helping a customer and is your break time - you can't terminate the call but it will count against you - cause you didn't go on break at the scheduled time. 15. if you need to pee to many times during the day - you will need a doctor's note 15. If you need to poop make sure your poop comes out quickly - cause if you take more than 3 minutes - you will need a doctor's note - and I am not exaggerating! (I have screen shots of all this conversations from managers) I can go on and on but this will give you a good idea
