- The marketing department moves fast, which is great if you enjoy working at that type of pace. - There are growth opportunities if you're hungry for them, management is supportive of professional development - There are a lot of really talented and kind people across the organization. In my role, I've had the opportunity to work with many from the executive leadership team and they all have been extremely kind - There's a strong culture in the marketing department that sets the curve for culture across the company which is pretty cool to be part of - You don't have to come from a background mortgage to succeed in a marketing role

- Like any company going through an M&A, there is some expected disorganization and confusion amid processes, systems and roles. - Approval processes can sometimes slow projects down -Central file sharing/organization could be improved
