Unrealistic work assignments timelines with ever-growing duties outside of the my original job description Hostile work environment and passive-aggressive behavior from "leadership" Lack of training and guidance in a new position and when advised such to the director was informed, "it's not their job to do my job." This left me confused as to who's job is it to train then? micromanaged daily even though I was not on performance probation and had to send daily emails of every task I performed that day Disconnect as a whole, for the company, everyone seemed lost on the correct way to operate as a company.
