Pros
At this point - there are none. If I could have given 0 stars I would have
Cons
- non existent priorities. Every department is running from fire to fire with little to no direction or leadership. - leaders do not seem to understand issues that are leveled up or attempt to solve them (issues with paychecks not disbursing, loan officers not having working apply now links for WEEKS, basic day to day process issues, system issues). The most executive leadership is either completely unaware of how bad it is OR they have absolutely no clue where to start because of how large the pile of issues are - inconsistent work responsibilities. They’ve laid off over 60% of our staff after merging with Caliber and the market shift. There is no historical knowledge left. Everyone is asked to “carry more workload” with no pay increases, no cola raises, no promotions. Have been directly told to figure it out or find somewhere else to go. - there is no trust. Employees are at a complete loss. Company is most concerned with return to office and cancelling all their remote workers (ones that were actually hired as remote had to chose to go into a new office or take a pay cut). - all white men in executive leadership positions. Run. Absolutely run. This place is a nightmare.
