Has become a call center, the only thing that matters to Shellpoint at this moment is making sure the calls get answered, no matter if the customer gets the correct answer or not, at least the call got answered. No matter if you get any work done at least the calls weren't abandon. You literally have to work overtime to get work done. They dont train new employees well. There is no such thing as work life balance unless you dont have to answer the phone, which the pay for those positions are low. I can go on and on but dont have the time have to go clock in.
