Pros
There were plenty of pros when it was Caliber. Now there aren’t any.
Cons
Micro-managing. They do not want remote workers. They laid off people every couple of months since the merger with Caliber and most of the people laid off were remote. They say you are rehirable but that’s not the case if you can’t go into an office. Upper management doesn’t care about the employees.
