Thanks for the feedback on your perception of lack of communication and management. We are changing so quickly, especially in broadcast, that sometimes we have brought in employees before we had the management structure ready. We are working on addressing that as well as implementing new ways to make sure all our employees stay up to date on what's going on at the company and future plans.
