      Pros

      Good pay, "Flexible" hours (until used against you), wonderful colleagues and prestigious company name. At it's best you feel like you are working for a company that makes positive changes in the world of media.

      Cons

      Incompetent and abusive middle management which is protected by an oblivious upper management. H.R. is almost useless. Despite all the 'Pros' the terrible mismanagement, harassment and power hungry micro-managers make it not worth it.
