Unethical business principles. Expected lots of overtime without pay - salary based income. Didn't pay any of their bills on time. Employee turnover is extremely high. Company grew without adding capable managers to run the business. Supposed to include benefits but was really a co-op benefit package. Many ppl hated working there for whatever reason and acted it. Bought their 50 Best Managed Company award from Deloitte, their audit accountants.
