Pros
Very smart, hardworking team. Everyone is really dedicated and we’ve seen that pay off in major ways throughout the past year. There’s also a lot of room for personal and professional growth early in one’s career because NewtonX is such a fast-growing startup. Also, we just moved into a much nicer and more spacious office, complete with snacks and coffee. The company has a fun weekly happy hour, and they comp transportation and meals when we have late nights or work through lunch.
Cons
Sometimes we experience really intense periods of high volume work. We just hired a ton of new people, though, which has significantly reduced the frequency with which this happens.
