- Fast promotions and chance to climb up the ladder fast in a company that is only 2 years old but growing very fast - High level of responsibility and autonomy once you have proven yourself - Exciting to be in a high growth start up that is very organized and disciplined despite its fast growth

Cons

- Clients can be demanding at times but challenge fosters professional growth - Not your typical start up chaos culture - but very professional, driven and hard working company - Difficult to manage day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives and growth all together at times
