Pros

Everyone at the company really cares. You can get mentorship, manager trainings and more (especially if you ask for it). The company is really transparent which I appreciate. There is a lot of innovation in the works that can disrupt our space. But what stands out the most is the people, everyone is very driven, a lot of really smart people that you can learn from and work with.

Cons

We have ambitious goals and at times this can lead to longer hours and pressure but I am ok with that as long as there is time to recharge.
