Pros
- remote work environment - can work in the office if you’d like.
Cons
Where to start? The only ones who survive here are those who play favorites with their superiors. There was NO sort of training at all, and the person who did train us wasn’t even in our department, thus meaning they didn’t know what to do but tried to issue directives because the senior management told them to. Secondly the culture is very toxic early on. If you don’t complete a task to their ability it is your fault, but yet they don’t issue you the task they would like it performed. There is no organization. The office feels very cliquey and you can tell there is a very high turnover rate. People don’t last because management is disorganized and they play favorites and it shows. They’ll trick you into believing it’s so great here yet you’re working until 9/10 every night. You’re working weekends. You have a hard stop on your calendar? Forget about it, you’re going to be working past it.
