Pros

Schedule is pretty flexible and PTO is wonderful.

Cons

Working with children for 8 hours is tough, and the hours of operation makes it that it can be a long shift if you are closing.

Pros

Sabrina is approachable and always willing to help when you have a question. She listens and takes action when needed. The work environment at NGCC in Hopkinton feels organized, and communication is clear.

Cons

It can sometimes take a while to get coverage for a quick break, which can be tough during busy parts of the day. Paid time off accrual feels slow, and it can be hard to take time off without feeling like you’re falling behind though I understand some of that is beyond center-level control.
