Pros

Great perks like free services at NH and free classes at other businesses (fitness, meditation, etc). Really cool team that was kind, collaborative, smart, motivated, and fun. It was exciting to be a part of their initial growth stages, and we got to host a lot of cool events and meet interesting people. We got to constantly learn new things in health. Everyone supported each other really well.

Cons

The pay was pretty terrible (almost unlivable) for LA, and upward mobility was limited. There were a lot of broken promises/commitments, and feedback that would help the business was rarely taken. Communication was also rough, and a lot of changes would take place without notifying the team, so we'd unknowingly give incorrect information to customers, only to anger them. Also, by design, this business caters to rich people. This is not proactive healthcare that is accessible. It got tiring catering to that crowd and feeling like you're part of the problem.

Pros

Next Health is a place where you can take on real scope and make a visible impact. Over my time here I led corporate aesthetics across multiple locations, took on a full rebuild of our Century City location: team, operations, and performance, and supported our franchise network, the kind of ownership you don’t get everywhere. The mission around proactive, preventative health is genuine and it shows up in the work. Leadership gave me room to run, backed my decisions, and invested in developing people rather than just filling seats. Smart, driven colleagues who care about doing things well.

Cons

Fast-growth environment, so priorities move quickly and you have to be comfortable with ambiguity and wearing multiple hats. Systems and processes are still maturing in places. A good fit for people who like building, less so for those who want everything fully structured on day one.

Pros

There are so many opportunities to learn, grow, and develop professionally at Next Health. The company's rapid growth and collaborative culture create an environment where there are so many opportunities to continuously expand their skills and advance their careers. It's great to be a part of a team that is having a positive impact in the community.

Cons

As a rapidly growing company, processes and procedures are continually evolving. While this creates exciting opportunities, it can also require adaptability and comfort navigating change.
