      Great product concept. So much potential. Lots of employee passion. Made real friendships with colleagues. If you manage to stick around, you can likely increase your title and scope. Marketable experience to be gained.

      Cons

      Prohibitively short term mindset. Culture of fear and approval-seeking. So much turnover at all levels.
