      Nextdoor employees care about the community and are extremely kind! With the size of the company at about 550, you can have a big impact. You're encouraged to propose ways of working and to challenge the status quo.

      Cons

      Company can feel disorganized at times. Not the best environment for folks who aren't self directed.
