Pros

The pros of working at Nextdoor was the remote work option. You only had to go into the office 1 day a month in San Francisco, and it was usually during the week when the whole team would be there.

Cons

Transparency. Nextdoor went through a lot of changes while I was employed there. I wish there was more transparency that displayed about the overall health of the company.
