It took me getting used to the Nextiva way. I came from Zenefits and the cultures are different.
I think most of my coworkers are awesome or else I wouldn't give Nextiva a 5 star rating. But there are bad apples that I come across in other departments. People that are mean and shouldn't be here.
There is so much to do and sometimes I feel like I move at a slow pace.
There needs to be a better way to know who is doing what. I don't know most of the people in the office.
I've spent 15 minutes thinking about this and I can't think of anything else.
