Well, I would like to share my experience with Nextiva as well. Company commits their employees as the biggest asset, as they are 'amazing' for everybody. That's lie. Nobody cares in fact. I've been thrown away by Nextiva at Monday morning right after clocking in to the shift with no reason, with no warning despite my expertise, despite the fact I was giving all to company, as mistakenly consudered it the best place to work. I started my regular week, as always, when suddenly got a call from my manager and was informed, that I'm no longer with Nextiva, my employee account was deleted immediately, I was not able even to say goodbye to my friends and colleagues. When war in Ukraine started, I was one of those who were saving company's back, leading most of the projects, covering those who were not able to perform their duties. No 'thank you'. They don't value you even if you are above all the amazingness. Nextiva does not care about employees throwing out them in this way. Nextiva claims they are committed to their customers, but treat them the same as their employees. With no reason, I've been fired despite the fact that I was doing my job the best way I could, reaching all set expectations, loving the company, giving all my soul to it. And Nextiva became a sort of 'black widow' for me, from December 2022 for more than 8 months I cannot find the job. I've been working for many companies. And Nextiva left the worst taste in the mouth. And the way they treat people is not amazing at all. Amazingness they claim is a lie. Just words. Nothing more than that. I won't recommend Nextiva, unfortunately. Good luck.
