There are many good colleagues in the company who work closely as a big team despite being from different departments. There is information sharing among managers and staff which is important to keep everyone informed of the company's direction
Cons
There company is rather strict in it's rules and regulations. New recruits who have not joined a Japanese company before may need more time to adapt to the culture.
