they are very unfair with employees. HR Department does not look out for the good of employees. Supervisors have favoritism, if you are their friend, you can get away with anything. If not, you will be pick on. dont even waste your time. this is a very bad company!!! they discriminate people and do not give opportunity for growth. If I could have given a 0 to this company I totally will.
