      - Good people to work with (ofc depends on the team) - Nice work life balance

      Cons

      - Organisations are very messy, still with a startup-like mindset and no clear responsibilities - There is no operations process whatsoever - No transparence in decision making - No clear career development path or performance review process unless you actively fight for it (also depends on the team) - Salary

      Pros

      The work culture here is fantastic, and you get to work alongside truly great people every single day. As a tech recruiter, the fast-growing environment is incredibly exciting and dynamic.
