Pros

I absolutely love my team and the company culture! I quickly adapted to the environment, and everyone here is approachable and open to questions without hesitation. Plus, getting lunch provided every day is a fantastic perk, and the work-from-home Wednesdays are a definite bonus!

Cons

The CSM role has undergone significant changes, which have also impacted the compensation plan. Achieving your OTE has become much more challenging, and the pay here isn’t particularly competitive.
