Small company feel and family owned and operated.
Cons
Compensation package needs to be revaluated as 6 month review on new account sales only provided claw backs in commission for most TSM's due to Route Service Reps dropping the ball while servicing the accounts which is outside of sales' control. No referrals of any kind from company or RSR's. Product line prices need to more competitive with the industry or quality needs to be higher to maintain pricing structure.
