To cold or hot of a warehouse to work in. The owner is cheap and can't even put some ventilation in it. To long of working hrs they never give you notice until the last minute at times. In winter time they demand you be there no matter how high the snow is out there. And get this their motto is Safety First. That's a big hypocrite view of thinking. There benefit package could be ALOT better. There more about nepotism here and not into diversity. Least in there "PRODUCTION" Area. The starting pay is not enough for the amount of work they lay on you. And NO Shift Differential for 3rd shift and get this there yearly bonus is like .10 cents to .35 cents. ROFLMAO
