Disregard for employees -- HR is a joke. The company does not care about you. The owners are great and friendly in person but the staff that is under them to run the daily needs of business are unhelpful, rude, arrogant, and so much more. I could go on and on. DIVERSITY IS A JOKE. Unfortunately, there is some racial tension. Benefits also a JOKE. This place really sucks. People intially go in inspired and ready to contribute to the vision but eventually become overwhelmed with the disregard for them as a 'valued' employee.
