Pros
The company has excellent management from the CEO down. All are great people who truly want you to succeed and to grow personally. The compensation plan is fairly simple to understand. Great company culture
Cons
Not very many people are actually hitting their yearly goal, which means that few make good $. The sale is often a difficult one. People don't like to listen because linen just isn't at the top of their to do lists. The sale is also very dependent on contracts and when they are up (typically 3-5 yrs). The health benefits arent great.
