      Not a major government contractor yet. Still working as a sub-contractor to government clients (At least the ESI division i work for).

      Pros

      Everything. Management and co-workers were extraordinary. Work was rewarding. Had many opportunities to learn and lead our customer in technical directions.

      Cons

      As a subcontractor, there was a few weeks delay in getting paid, but that was resolved over time.
