      Leadership is very engaged and committed to creating an environment where everyone feels encouraged to innovate and feels appreciated/valued for their contributions to their team, the company, and the clients. Teams all across the company follow the example company leaders set and are highly responsive and willing to help others.

      Pros

      Everything. Management and co-workers were extraordinary. Work was rewarding. Had many opportunities to learn and lead our customer in technical directions.

      Cons

      As a subcontractor, there was a few weeks delay in getting paid, but that was resolved over time.
