      Pros

      When I first joined the company, there was a lot of talk about Integrity and Ethics but I wondered if it was just lip service. I've been here for several years now and I'm continually impressed that the company culture actually lives up to that hype. There's a big emphasis on doing what's right, and prioritizing that over the bottom line.

      Cons

      I don't have any big complaints.

      Pros

      Everything. Management and co-workers were extraordinary. Work was rewarding. Had many opportunities to learn and lead our customer in technical directions.

      Cons

      As a subcontractor, there was a few weeks delay in getting paid, but that was resolved over time.
