      Good people to work alongside with.

      Cons

      Depending on your job, you may not be around colleagues and embedded with your client. This can be good if you are ok with the isolation, but it can also make you feel disconnected from the company.

      Everything. Management and co-workers were extraordinary. Work was rewarding. Had many opportunities to learn and lead our customer in technical directions.

      Cons

      As a subcontractor, there was a few weeks delay in getting paid, but that was resolved over time.
