Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and provide constructive advice. It's great to hear that you value the positive aspects of our team, pay, and the office environment. We acknowledge your concerns regarding the balance between shipping features quickly and taking time for deeper architectural discussions. We agree that it’s important to not only focus on the immediate roadmap but also consider long-term technical decisions that improve the overall user and developer experience. We’re committed to improving in this area and are actively working on better incorporating feedback from engineers and leveraging expertise to guide our technical decisions. We also hear your point about exploring improvements within the current tech stack before jumping into new paradigms. It’s a balancing act, and your feedback will be taken into consideration as we look for ways to refine our processes and ensure we make the most of what we already have. Thanks again for sharing your insights, and we’re always open to further discussion on how we can improve as a company and support our teams better. Your contributions are valued, and we look forward to continuing to work with you to make things better.

Pros

Great insurance benefits and a mission that's easy to believe in.

Cons

The biggest issue is understaffing. The workload exceeds the team's capacity, leading to frequent late hours and burnout. Investing in more employees would make this a much better place to work. Long hours and after-hours work have become the norm. I want this to be a great place to work again, and the team needs the support to make that happen.
