Great Organization to work. The work life balance here is insane.

There was not many room for career advancement. At least when I was there.

Great insurance benefits and a mission that's easy to believe in.

The biggest issue is understaffing. The workload exceeds the team's capacity, leading to frequent late hours and burnout. Investing in more employees would make this a much better place to work. Long hours and after-hours work have become the norm. I want this to be a great place to work again, and the team needs the support to make that happen.
