Does not support military - Manufacturing Technician Nordson Employee Review

Im going on a year long deployment and requested to have my last 3 days in the states off work without pay and was told no. I know they are not legally required to give any time off of work but when someone is defending you and every person you care about and giving up a year with their loved ones and risking their life for your freedoms 3 days off without pay doesnt seem to be much to ask. Whoever it is that makes these decisions should be fired.
