      -Good work/life balance -generally friendly people/environment -charity involvement -some opportunities for lateral movement if you are a high-performer

      Cons

      -pay is below industry average -profit sharing system does not work given the current size and pace of companies -benefits & perks are pretty sparse and lackluster for a company of this size and growth -career growth & upward movement can be restricted, very dependent on manager visibility
