      Pros

      Good benefits and time off policies, room to advance and grow your career. Overall they really try to value employees and treat them with respect. They have the Nordson foundation which does a lot for the community.

      Cons

      Nothing major that sticks out. Of course you have your bad managers like you do anywhere.
