      Pros

      Nordson has a great open culture. You have sites across the world but you get easily get in touch with everyone . Also, the flexible work makes a good work life balance

      Cons

      The benefits are horrible. Pays the bare minimum for parental leave and sick leave. Also, the rewards for the service length is something that does not deserve a comment.
