No tolerance for clock out, not even if you are sick and have hospital notes, some shifts have awful supervision, you may be stuck fixing other shift’s mistakes, impossibly high rates for boxing goals, warehouse either too hot or too cold, runs out of safety clothing like gloves for employees, sometimes given up to 5 machines at a time that may have overrun before you got there, favoritism on who gets what machines, VERY LITTLE training and expected to know how ALL the machines operate within 2-3 weeks and there’s dozens of them, etc
