Pros

Some of the best reasons to work at Norman was that I liked being on the road and working with a crew. To interact with customers and make sure they are satisfied with the nice shutters we installed in their homes.

Cons

The cons wouldn't be the long hours each day but sometimes we couldn't always make it on time to the next install because of traffic or our scheduling wouldn't incorporate travel time. Making the customer worried.
