Pros
This was a terrible place to work from every angle. No positives to report. This is a very unhappy stressful place. Micro managing and dishonesty is their forte. No one that works for Norman is s happy. Very unethical and they will trick you to take a position with the company. Over inflate what the actual salary is by thousands of dollars. So you are trapped in a dead end job and you want to be put out of your misery.
Cons
CEO is inpersonable, cold aloof. The management is unmotivated and in no way no one knows how to manage people in a respectful positive way. This is a slow sinking ship. Jump off while you can before you drown with the rats. Company has a terrible reputation in the industry. They never do what they promise. Putting out fires is the norm when you are a sales manager.
