Norman makes some of the best products in the marketplace. Their shutter, faux wood, and new honeycomb program are some of the best you can find anywhere. The cost is reasonable, and often lower than the competition. Great products, fair prices.
Cons
Senior management is reactionary and combative. Every meeting with senior management is guaranteed to end with harsh, often personal criticism. Goals are completely unrealistic (40% sales increases every single year in a mature market). You NEVER hear phrases like "Good job." or "Good idea." No positive comments at all. Only negatives. If you suggest the company does X, they'll tell you to do Y. If, when asked the next time, you suggest the company does Y, they'll tell you to do X. Overall company strategy and goals change weekly based on the whims of senior management. Little to no room for advancement.
