I strongly urge you to consider any other viable option before working for this company. * Working here is like living in a Frat house - brokers are constantly making racist and sexist jokes/remarks and passing around naked pictures of women * Management is extremely misogynistic * Management is narcissistic - Don't bother bringing your fresh ideas to Norris & Stevens, you will be laughed at or ridiculed because you "haven't been doing this as long as [management] has". * HR is a complete and utter joke with zero power or will to fix anything * Everything is micromanaged. Every minute of every day you will be watched and judged by management.
