There are no pros about Norris and Stevens

Cons

Low pay, toxic personnel, NO training, yet you are expected to never make a mistake. Other managers/accounts are out to get everybody else. They advertise 2 days off a week but expect everything to be done immediately even if it is your day off. Completely outdated system. I could go on but I'll leave it at this.. I wouldn't wish this company upon anyone.
