Pros

Solid base compensation. Many work colleagues were wonderful and will be career long connections. Lot's of flexibility within data solutions to meet client needs

Cons

Across the different sales orgs everyone is selling the same data so it is a back stabbing / infighting culture- and that is what leadership want. Clients will be like wait- i just had this same presentation from someone else (thats a little akward). Sales leadership strategy is to discount >50%+ at the end of month/ end of quarter (basically name your price if you are a client). Does not create long term trust or partnerships. Are you in the inner circle of CRO or mid-management (good luck if not- you will not get preferred accounts or leads)? Expectation is 60hr weeks and to not have time to spend with your family (recognized as something to be celebrated).

Pros

Norstella has built a culture that genuinely prioritizes innovation, collaboration, and doing what’s best for the company and its people. There’s a strong sense that everyone is working toward the same goals, and leaders across the organization are aligned in driving meaningful impact. One of the best parts of working here is the team environment. I truly enjoy working with my direct team as well as peers across different functions. There’s a high level of mutual respect, and people are always willing to support each other and share ideas. It’s not just talk, there’s a real commitment to helping one another succeed. The leadership team fosters an environment where new ideas are encouraged, and employees are empowered to contribute. It creates a space where innovation can thrive, and you feel like your work actually matters.

Cons

Being remote has its difficulties, but overcomable
