      Great state benefits; lots of opportunities to get involved in university life, even for adult employees; very supportive team; career longevity

      Cons

      Far too much bureaucracy and politics - weeks or months to make even the simplest decisions; management did not support me in my position even asking for help and direction; raises are at the hands of the legislature and below market rates

      - great boss within EOL - interesting seeing other lectures for different majors - able to do homework on the job
