      you have a job that pays nickels more than minimum wage, and if you are single the health care is decent

      Cons

      If you have a spouse and/or a family the medical benefits are absolutely terrible, and the upper management conveniently blames it on Obamacare. The 401k is below average as well. The company leadership places a special 'profit sharing' check in the pockets of the workers to make everyone feel like they are worth something. Unless you are a store manager or higher up, this bonus isn't worth the trade off for low wages.

      - Constant change of leadership - Lack of connection between departments - Not much of salary raises. What you negotiate at hiring is what you're getting unless getting promoted
