      Pros

      My manager/ leader gave me autonomy and trusted my abilities. I was able to work on projects and see it come to fruition. It's gratifying to see your ideas implemented. My team became family in a very short time. I had flexibility when needed as a parent, which is very important.

      Cons

      I applaud the company working on Diversity and Inclusion. It's heading in the right direction, but there is training needed for many leaders/managers.

      - Constant change of leadership - Lack of connection between departments - Not much of salary raises. What you negotiate at hiring is what you're getting unless getting promoted
